This training is imparted by trained teachers. Those who intend to join this course must read three books related to this practice 1. Manoyoga Sadhana - Procedure and Rules 2. Human Anatomy 3. Shantiratham - monthly journal. Those who cannot read must have the books read to them by others.
This training is imparted every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If the learners are from distant places they can obtain prior permission and reach the Kshetram ( Ashram ) on Thursday night and participate in the training at 7am on Friday. The learners must pay a nominal fee for the food and stay provided by the Kshetram. They must undergo this training twice a month. After two months training (4 sessions), during the third month a three day advanced training course called Deeksha(Spiritual Initiation) is imparted by the Maharshi for 3 days at the Kshetram thus revealing the secrets of sadhana. All doubts will be cleared then. After this three months period, from the 4th month onwards learners can utilise this yogic energy (of the practice of Manoyoga), according to their needs. They can cure their diseases and lead a happy life.
